Returns & Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Important: Items that have been assembled or where assembly has been attempted are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty.
For faulty or incorrect items, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered and Stilloak Living will cover any reasonable return costs.
