Delivery Information

All orders are delivered to your front door only as standard.

Delivery is included in the product price and is typically completed within 10 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Optional Premium Delivery Services

The following services are not included in standard delivery and may be available at an additional cost:

  • Delivery to room of choice
  • Unpacking
  • Assembly
  • Removal of packaging

Availability and pricing for these services will be confirmed during checkout or after order placement where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery, including door widths, staircases, and lifts.

Manufacturer's Guarantee

All products supplied by Stilloak Living come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Incorrect use or misuse
  • Damage caused during customer handling or assembly

Any issues must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

Returns & Cancellations

Standard Products

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in a resaleable condition

Important Assembly Notice

Items that have been assembled or where assembly has been attempted are considered to have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Where a return is accepted for non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs.

Special Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Products that are made to order, customised, or manufactured specifically to a customer's specifications cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless the item is faulty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom sizes
  • Custom fabrics
  • Bespoke configurations

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos.

In these cases:

  • A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered as appropriate
  • Stilloak Living will cover any reasonable return or collection costs

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including theConsumer Rights Act 2015and theConsumer Contracts Regulations.
